## Open the Overview tab

1. Open Company Profile.
2. Select Overview.
3. Select Update overview.

## Provide useful context

Start with the company, industries, funding status, and one-liner. Then add the distribution model, business stage, revenue status, company size, and regions of operation so that people evaluating the company understand its current context.

## Complete the presentation

Add reliable contacts and links, fundraising values, a concise company summary, and an introductory video when available. You can also add up to five key visuals in JPG or PNG format. Keep the information current and avoid describing planned results as completed results.

## Make the profile comparable

Use the available structured fields before repeating the same information in free text. Distinguish current revenue, stage, regions, and fundraising status from targets. Express funding values in the selected currency and keep public links active.

## Verify visibility and completeness

After saving, reopen Overview and review it as an external reader. Confirm that images load, the one-liner is understandable without the deck, contact details are intentional, and the profile’s visibility and funding status match how the company expects to be discovered.
