## What the warning means

Eqdeal may indicate that late investor reports are affecting governance information. The warning reflects reporting consistency; it is separate from legal company verification and cap-table accuracy.

## Resolve late reports

1. Open Reports for the company.
2. Identify overdue periods, missing recipients, or incomplete submissions.
3. Complete, correct, or resend the applicable report workflow.
4. Review the status again after processing completes.

If a report is incorrectly marked late, preserve the period and request details and contact support.

## What the status does not prove

A current reporting status does not validate the underlying figures, and a late status does not by itself mean the company’s ownership records are wrong. Review reporting timeliness, company verification, and cap-table reconciliation as separate controls.

## Verify the correction

After completing the missing workflow, confirm the report period, expected deadline, publication state, and intended access. Allow processing to complete before checking the governance information again. If the status remains unchanged, collect the report and template names for support.
