## Design the recurring request

A report template defines what the company should report and when. Build it from the decisions investors or administrators need to make, not from every metric the company could collect.

Investor Relations → Reports → Add new template

1. Name the template so its period and purpose are recognizable.
2. Select the indicators the recurring update should include.
3. Set the reporting frequency to match the company’s operating cadence. Choose whether it publishes automatically each period with just indicators, or is prepared and published manually with to-do lists, open text, and attachments.
4. Choose which stakeholder groups get access once a report from this template is published.
5. Save the template and inspect the next expected report before relying on the schedule.

## Choose indicators carefully

Each selected KPI should already have a stable definition, unit, and owner. If the template includes a custom indicator, confirm that future reporters will understand exactly what value and period to provide.

## Change an active template

A template change affects future reporting expectations. Review open drafts before removing an indicator or changing frequency, and avoid rewriting the meaning of already published reports.

**Template is not publication**

Creating or editing the template does not make a company update visible to investors. A report must still be completed, reviewed, and published.
