Who can manage access

Company editors can invite people, change access levels, or remove representatives within the permission hierarchy. Administrators inherit editor access. A representative cannot grant a level above their own or change a higher-ranking representative.

Invite a representative

Company Details → Representatives → Add representative

  1. Enter or select the person and confirm the email address.
  2. Choose the minimum access level required for that person’s responsibilities.
  3. Send the invitation and confirm its status in the representatives table.

Change or remove access

  1. Open the representative’s actions in the representatives table.
  2. Change the access level or choose Delete representative.
  3. Review the warning and confirm. Removing access does not delete that person’s investor or stakeholder records.
Use individual accounts

Each person should sign in with their own account so changes remain attributable and access can be revoked independently.

Review access over time

Recheck representatives after role changes, financing events, and external-adviser engagements. Remove access that is no longer required and reduce broad permissions when a narrower level is sufficient. Confirm that at least one current administrator can still manage the workspace.
