Sidebar → Company profile

The Company Profile brings together the information used to present your company in Matchmaking. It includes Overview, Pitch, Customers, Challenges, Indicators, and, where available, Potential Score. The Challenges tab is where supplier needs and requirements are described.

Why complete it

A clear and current profile helps investors and potential partners understand your business. The completion score also affects eligibility for some Matchmaking opportunities.

Control visibility

A company profile marked Hidden is not recommended to potential investors. Review the visibility and funding status shown in the profile before expecting to be discovered.

Who can edit

Company editors can update the Company Profile. Other people can only see the information made available to their profile or connection.

Complete the profile in a reliable order

  1. Establish the company context and current fundraising status.
  2. Complete the written pitch and review the pitch deck.
  3. Describe current and desired customers and suppliers.
  4. Review the indicators and other evidence made available.
  5. Check visibility, completion, contacts, and links as an external reader.

Keep source and calculated information distinct

Company-provided text, deck-extracted information, KPI observations, completion measures, and potential scores have different origins. Review generated or extracted content before saving and do not present a calculated score as the company’s own claim.
