Complete a report, verify its evidence, and control who can access the published version.

Sensitive cap-table action

Complete the draft

Investor Relations → Reports → View report

Enter the required KPI observations and narrative information for the report period. Attach supporting documents only when the intended audience is allowed to access them.

Review before publication

  • The company, report period, and template are correct.
  • Every material figure uses the intended unit and currency.
  • Charts and comparisons use the expected observations.
  • Narrative explanations match the reported period and do not disclose information to an unintended audience.
  • The access group or investor profiles are correct.

Publish the report

  1. Open the publication action and review the final summary.
  2. Confirm the people or access group that will be able to open the report.
  3. Publish and verify that the report now appears as published rather than draft.
  4. Use an authorized investor profile to confirm the intended access when the report is sensitive.
Publication and message delivery are separate

Publishing controls the report state and access. API and MCP publication does not send emails or other messages. Confirm communication separately when recipients must be notified.

Correct a published report

Identify the incorrect source value and determine whether the current report can be edited or must be replaced under the available workflow. Preserve the original evidence and tell affected readers when a material published figure changes.

Unpublish a report

Use Unpublish report from the report's action menu either to remove access from the current access group immediately, or to update the report before it becomes visible again. Confirm the report returns to its unpublished state and republish only after the correction is complete.
