Prepare the offer terms

Use the approved plan and participant documentation. Confirm which pool supplies capacity, which people receive the offer, the quantity for each person, and the economic and vesting terms that apply.

Option plans → Open pool → Create offer

Create the offer

  1. Configure the vesting start, duration, frequency, cliff, and any goal-based conditions.
  2. Add participants and verify the correct person or legal identity before assigning quantities.
  3. Enter each quantity, exercise price, premium, currency, and applicable dates from the approved source.
  4. Review whether the total allocation fits within the pool’s currently available capacity.
  5. Inspect the full offer summary and generated schedule before saving.
  6. Open each participant after saving and verify quantity, schedule, price, and current status.

Check the generated vesting schedule

Confirm the first vesting date, cliff quantity, final date, periodic quantities, and total. Rounding can affect individual periods, but the complete schedule must reconcile to the participant’s offered quantity.

Price and premium are different terms

Record each field from the approved plan documents. Do not combine them or use one to compensate for a missing value in the other.

Correct a participant before lifecycle events

If identity, quantity, dates, or terms are wrong, correct the eligible draft or offer before recording vesting lifecycle events. Once later events depend on the position, use the supported correction path and preserve the source evidence.
