Where to find your settings
Account menu → Settings
Personal settings belong to your user account, not to the active company. Changes follow you when you switch companies or portfolios.
Maintain your profile
- Open Settings and review your personal and contact information.
- Use Manage e-mails when the sign-in address must change, then complete the new-email verification.
- Use Change your password and confirm your current credentials when requested.
- Review API or connected-application access separately before sharing account access with anyone.
Invite collaborators as company representatives or authorize an application. Shared credentials remove accountability and make access difficult to revoke safely.
Use Google or password sign-in consistently
Google sign-in proves control of the selected Google identity; it does not change company access or approve an OAuth application. Use the same verified Eqdeal email and review the account shown after authentication. Password recovery applies to password sign-in and does not reset a Google password.
After an email change
Complete verification from the new address, sign in again when requested, and confirm that your managed companies and investor profiles remain attached to the intended account. Do not create a replacement account to work around an unverified address.
