What Investor Relations connects
Eqdeal connects indicator definitions, observations, goals, recurring report templates, report drafts, published snapshots, documents, and investor access. Each layer has a different purpose and state.
Recommended reporting workflow
- Define each KPI with a stable name, unit, accumulation rule, and responsible owner.
- Enter or import observations for the correct company and periods.
- Create recurring report templates with only the information readers need.
- Complete the generated report and explain material changes.
- Review figures, evidence, period, and access before publication.
- Confirm the published report from the intended investor profile.
Choose the detailed guide
- Create and maintain KPIs — indicator definitions, units, cumulative behavior, observations, and goals.
- Import KPI data from CSV — file preparation, validation, duplicate prevention, and reconciliation.
- Create recurring report templates — indicators, frequency, automated or manual publication, and intended access.
- Review and publish an investor report — draft completion, evidence, publication state, and investor visibility.
Keep reporting separate from ownership
A report communicates company information but does not change cap-table ownership. Likewise, publishing through API or MCP changes the report state but does not deliver email or other messages to recipients.
