Two main working areas

  • Managed Companies — companies where you have representative access.
  • Investments — personal or institutional investor portfolios available to you.

Switch context safely

  1. Use the top navigation to choose Managed Companies or Investments.
  2. Select the specific company or investor profile you intend to work with.
  3. Confirm the name shown in the page header before entering or changing data.
Context matters

Permissions and available actions are evaluated against the active company or investor profile. If an expected action is missing, first confirm that you selected the correct workspace.

Why two profiles can show different information

Company access, personal investments, and institutional portfolios are granted independently. A person who administers a company may still need the correct investor profile to view portfolio information, while an investor does not automatically receive company-editing access.

Before making a sensitive change

Read the company or investor name in the page header, confirm the role represented by the current area, and reopen the target record from that workspace. This is especially important when the same person works with several companies or investment vehicles.
