When to request access

Request access when the correct company already appears during onboarding. Do not create another record merely because you cannot yet open it.

Request access

Managed Companies → Add company → Search company

  1. Select the matching legal entity and verify its identifying information.
  2. Choose the option to request access or identify its existing representative.
  3. Provide the information requested to establish your relationship to the company.
  4. Wait for approval or contact support if the listed representative is no longer appropriate.

Access is not ownership

Being granted platform access does not create equity, make you a stakeholder, or change the cap table. Ownership is recorded through contracts and issuances.

Verify the access you receive

After approval, open Managed Companies and confirm the company and access level. Viewer, advisor, editor, and administrator capabilities differ. Ask an existing administrator to adjust the role through company access rather than sharing credentials.

If the listed representative is unavailable

Use the supported claim or support process and provide the requested relationship evidence. Do not create a duplicate company, impersonate the former representative, or send sensitive documents through an unrelated channel.
