Information to collect
- Your Eqdeal account email and the affected company or investor name.
- The page and action you were using.
- The exact visible error and approximate time.
- The round, contract, transaction, report, or draft name when applicable.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
Do not send secrets
Never include passwords, private OAuth keys, API secrets, full access tokens, or unnecessary personal documents in a support request.
Contact support
Send the collected information to contact@eqdeal.com. For a suspected credential compromise, revoke or disable access first and clearly mark the request as a security issue.
Describe impact and urgency objectively
State whether the problem blocks sign-in, affects one company, prevents a deadline, exposes information, or changes an ownership result. Include the number of affected users or records when known. Avoid marking a request as a security incident unless access or data may actually be compromised.
Preserve the current state
Do not repeat a sensitive transaction while support investigates. Keep the visible error, relevant source documents, and identifiers available. If a credential may be exposed, revoke it immediately; if an ownership preview is wrong, stop before confirming the action.
